Instructional Systems Design Lead

Illuminate Mission Solutions is seeking a seasoned Instructional Systems Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for collaborating with government staff and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive training plans and instructional systems designs.
  • Lead the development of instructor-led and e-learning programs to support various offices across the organization.
  • Evaluate and oversee the work of instructional systems designers and their products to ensure high-quality training programs.
  • Provide general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with robust training requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience with curriculum design, including web-based and traditional instructor-led training.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360.
  • Experience using the ADDIE Model.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
