Automotive Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our team at Gerald KIA in Naperville.
With a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities, the ideal candidate will be able to guide our outstanding sales team to success. As Illinois #1 KIA dealer, we need a leader who can help us push further.
Job Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must have experience in dealer management, including both sales desk and finance office roles.
- A strong focus on customer retention and CSI in Sales is essential.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Work with each salesperson and manager to set and establish specific goals and objectives.
- Create a positive sales culture that fosters employee retention and a 'team' atmosphere.
- Conduct regular Sales meetings.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience, commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
