Logistics Coordinator

Manufacturing Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to handle international shipments, documentation, and logistics support.

This position offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing company. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing international shipments, including completing all required documentation.

• Preparing and processing international shipments, including completing all necessary documentation.
• Weighing shipments accurately to ensure compliance with shipping standards.
• Creating and verifying Bills of Lading.
• Utilizing SAP for shipment tracking and data entry.
• Completing AES filing and issuing Shipper's Letters of Instruction as needed.
• Communicating effectively over the phone with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners.
• Performing metric calculations to confirm shipment weight, dimensions, and other specifications.

• Experience in international shipping procedures and compliance.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of AES filing and Shipper's Letter of Instructions.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Familiarity with metric math for calculating shipment details.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
