Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food safety certification required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, humidity, and noise. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
