We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Float Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and lead by example in a clinic-based setting
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management
- Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality and patient care
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Active and unrestricted license
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
