Key Responsibilities

As a Hitch Service Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice on U-Haul's towing packages
• Recommending and installing the right tow package on customer vehicles
• Delivering exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers
• Participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience
• A High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

The work environment for this role involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear, like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands
