Sally Beauty is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, recommending products, and maintaining a professional store environment.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong ability to build relationships with customers, recommend additional and complimentary products, and inform customers of current promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and events, including sales and special offers.
  • Maintain a professional store environment by ensuring that the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
  • Ensure that customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

Salary Information:*

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and performance.
