Recovery Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team at Professional Finance Company Inc. As a key member of our recovery team, you will be responsible for collecting amounts due to our customers in a pooled account environment.

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls through designated dialer campaigns/pools
• Refer all incoming calls on Late Stage accounts to the proper team's phone extension
• Follow the 8-step collection outline to ensure effective recovery
• Update file information by obtaining Full & Complete (F&C) information from Right Party Contacts (RPCs)
• Negotiate urgency/voluntary payments using the Payment Matrix
• Actively listen to consumer problems and offer reasonable solutions to resolve accounts
• Overcome stalls by providing thorough and accurate information about the debt, credit reporting, and intent for fast resolution
• Escalate calls as required and disposition accounts appropriately
• Follow FDCPA, ACA, FTC, and State compliance guidelines
