Baker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts to meet production needs.
• Ensure that all products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
• Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
• Provide excellent guest service by being friendly and courteous to guests and assisting them with baked goods.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
