**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments using evidence-based tools to identify individualized care needs
  • Provide high-quality nursing care according to established plans and guidelines, demonstrating clinical competence and adhering to regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records, including treatments, health education, and progress towards expected outcomes
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed in collaboration with healthcare teams

**Requirements**

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Arkansas RN license and CPR certification
  • Experience working with dialysis patients preferred, but new graduate nurses also encouraged to apply

**Work Environment**

This position involves standing and walking for up to 80% of the time, with occasional sitting and lifting/moving equipment or supplies. You will be exposed to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. Our diverse patient population requires adaptability and cultural sensitivity.

**Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
