Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Dynamics ATS Organic in Livonia and Redford, Michigan.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate between $25 to $35 based on experience and education, with opportunities for overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Fabricate precision engineered structures and machinery from scratch using custom and prototype builds, assemblies, and blueprints.
  • Read and interpret 3D CAD drawings, troubleshoot build issues, and work closely with engineering teams.
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate equipment and methods for fabrication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in fabrication, including MIG welding, part positioning, alignment, and securing.
  • Proficiency in operating shop tools/machinery such as shears, presses, saws, drill press, grinders, cutting torch, manual mills/lathes, rigging equipment, and cranes.
  • Able to use precision measuring tools (calipers/mics/height gauges), squares, scales, and fixtures.
