LocumJobsOnline is collaborating with Curative to identify a skilled Hematology and Oncology MD for a temporary position in Colorado.
Compensation Details
Hourly rate ranges from $450 to $475.
About the Role
Our cancer treatment facility is in search of a Hematology/Oncology physician to support our new clinic, which provides extensive cancer care services including chemotherapy, surgical interventions, and radiation therapy.
Practice Highlights
- Outpatient environment focusing on adult and elderly patients.
- Approximately 4 patients seen daily as the practice grows.
- Support team includes Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Utilization of Epic for charting.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnosis and treatment of Hematology/Oncology conditions.
- Administration and oversight of chemotherapy treatments.
- Collaboration with Breast Center and radiation oncology teams.
Work Schedule
- 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Remote triage on Fridays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- No on-call duties required.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required.
- Possession of an active medical license in Colorado is preferred.
- BLS and DEA certifications are necessary.
