About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our SAP ISU Data Conversion team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of SAP IS Utilities solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of data using SAP Data Migration Strategy to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Guide in SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL to develop and customize applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ISU Master Data to support business processes.
  • Develop and implement SAP Data Management strategies to optimize data handling and storage.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other business systems.
  • Implement Pricing Management-Retail strategies to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle Metering Management processes to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Enhance Customer Relationship Management systems to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Supervise Billing & Payments management to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of SAP experience, with a solid background in SAP ISU and Data Conversion.
  • Possess extensive experience in SAP IS Utilities ABAP EMIGALL, ISU Master Data, SAP Data Migration Strategy, and SAP Data Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pricing Management-Retail, Metering Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Billing & Payments management.
  • Consistent track record of leading complex SAP projects and ensuring successful implementation.
