Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrophysiology Technician to provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team in the electrophysiology lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrophysiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team in the electrophysiology lab.
  • Use imaging equipment to help the doctor detect and treat any heart and blood vessel issues in the patient.
  • Execute noninvasive procedures as directed by the physician.
  • Review patient history and verify medical orders.
  • Evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate results to the physician.
  • Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Labs.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
  • Deliver quality patient care in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Current license in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
