CNC Grinder I

Parlec LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Grinder I to join our team. As a CNC Grinder I, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinders to perform basic grinding tasks within the shop, conforming to all specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and run parts on CNC ID cylindrical grinders
• Inspect first piece and own work to meet standards
• Operate precision gauging
• Follow safety standards and procedures
• Work with minimal supervision
• Follow proper work instructions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training
• Mathematical skills, including ability to work with decimals, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Ability to interpret instructions in written and oral form
