Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Nurse to provide high-quality care to adult patients with seizures in a private duty setting. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients to provide personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with patients, family members, and healthcare teams on client problems and concerns
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
