Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Technologist (RT) and registered in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or registry eligible with completing of registry within 12 months by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT Radiography) or by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a diagnostic imaging environment
  • Knowledge of MRI equipment and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
