Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize facilities, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
