Anesthesia Associates of Ann Arbor, PLLC is seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist to join our team at McLaren Lapeer Hospital. As a member of our dynamic and collaborative multi-specialty environment, you will provide high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients.
**Highlights of the Position:**
* Flexible shifts available, including 8, 10, 12, and 14 hour shifts
* Monday through Friday schedule with shift work available
* Level 2 trauma designation with no open heart cases
* 20-30 babies per month, mostly healthy pediatrics
* Regional, neuro, vascular, ortho, trauma, nerve blocks, and endo cases
* 5 ORs, 1 cysto room, Endo and Cath lab, and ER coverage for trauma, OB, and ICU

McLaren Lapeer Region is a 222-bed acute care hospital located in Lapeer, Michigan. We provide comprehensive care in a 29-bed Emergency Center and offer specialized services for heart, cancer, orthopedic, and general surgery services, physical medicine and rehabilitation, women's services, wound care services, and sleep disorders.
**Our Team:**
Our team of 90 anesthesiologists and 80 CRNAs enjoy working in a family-focused, collegial environment with a flexible work schedule. Our staffing model provides a balanced practice of performing your own cases and supervision of CRNAs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients
* Review patients' medical records to determine the best type of procedures to be performed and evaluate patients' medical status
* Meet the standards established by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists
* Maintain required licenses/certifications and education requirements
**Qualifications and Education Requirements:**
* Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs
* Current State of Michigan Nursing and Nurse Specialty License
* Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
