Job Title: Retread Technician

Job Summary:
McCarthy Tire Service Co is seeking a skilled Retread Technician to join our team. As a Retread Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and preparing casings for the retreading process. This is a critical step in ensuring the quality of our retreaded tires.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect casings for damage and foreign material
• Remove embedded objects and inspect beads for damage
• Identify and mark penetrations for repair
• Check for tire damage due to operation while flat or under inflated
• Comply with Bridgestone/Bandag Specifications and Guidelines

Requirements:
• High School degree or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
