Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Northern Quest Resort & Casino. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Restaurant dining room. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience, from taking their orders to serving their meals and clearing their tables.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take beverage and food orders, serve meals, and clear tables
Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests
Educate guests about daily specials and answer questions about wine pairing
Maintain a clean and stocked server station
Perform all necessary paper and bookwork at the end of each shift
Relay any complaints, problems, or positive remarks to the shift supervisor

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of wine and wine pairing
Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
High school diploma or equivalent required
