Bridge Investment Group is seeking a Summer Intern for its Human Resources division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the operations of a rapidly expanding global real estate investment management firm from an HR perspective. Interns will engage with various functions and processes within our HR team, including benefits administration, payroll management, HR analytics, employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent development.

Bridge's dynamic and entrepreneurial environment requires the Summer Intern to take initiative and contribute to specific projects aligned with their vertical, collaborating closely with senior management and fellow interns on broader company initiatives throughout the program.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should demonstrate high motivation, energy, and a track record of excellence in previous endeavors. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused role and possess effective communication skills. Additional qualifications include:

  • A strong desire to excel in HR or within an alternative investment management context
  • Relevant academic coursework
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a focus on client service
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • Capability to succeed in a lean, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced setting
  • A passion for learning and growth, with an understanding that all tasks are valuable
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Willingness to work on-site for the duration of the internship
