Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Conroe Independent School District. As a LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to students with special needs, working closely with the School Nurse and special education staff to develop and implement individualized health care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to students with special needs, including administering medications and documenting health care information.
  • Collaborate with the School Nurse and special education staff to develop and implement individualized health care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
  • Monitor students' health and report any concerns or changes to the School Nurse.
  • Document all health care information accurately and timely.
Requirements
  • Registered LVN-LPN with current Texas License.
  • CPR/AED Certification.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children with disabilities.
