  • Monitor and maintain proper water temperature and detergent levels to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Store cleaned dishes and kitchen equipment in designated storage areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food supplies to ensure timely and efficient restocking of kitchen inventory.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues with dishwashing equipment to maintenance or management to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or kitchen equipment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with exposure to steam, smoke, and grease. The ability to tolerate variable temperatures and work efficiently in a high-stress environment is essential.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
