Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key member of our team at EIHAB Human Services, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our programs and services. This role requires a strong background in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and quality assurance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and funding sources.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement training programs to enhance quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and quality metrics.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health or developmental disabilities setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
