Program Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, career-driven Program Manager to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD or Annapolis Junction, MD.

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a 200-person team engaged in ICAM services.

You will be advancing Zero Trust Maturity through the User Pillar, leading a program providing engineering, software engineering, design, development, testing/evaluation, integration/deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
  • Directly contribute to program efforts, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the contract, maintaining efficient and effective operations.
  • Utilize expert communication skills to lead technical resources, report on progress, address issues, and write/review technical documents.
  • Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract and review/approve financial reports.
  • Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs.
  • Work with higher-level program managers to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
  • Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline to the Government, and review risk mitigation activities.
  • Prepare program status reviews and other formal presentations for the Government Program Manager.
  • Ensure timely recruitment and training of program staff, review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government.
  • Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Manager transparently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
Qualifications
  • Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
  • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DF ARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must hold a polygraph.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
