Job Summary:

The Service Lot Attendant/Porter plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently moving vehicles within the service area, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and delivering vehicles to customers after service completion. This position also involves transporting customers to and from their homes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vehicle appearance and performance by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keep lots organized and neat, moving cars as directed by the general manager and adhering to dealership display standards.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as required.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including making key tags and handling stock.
  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, and outgoing personality with a desire to improve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional attitude and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
