About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Maintenance Worker Senior to join our team at TransForce. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our parks and aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Rounds and Inspections: Perform daily inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or damage.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain park grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, watering, and applying chemicals to control weeds.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on facilities, including doors, gates, fences, and minor repairs.
  • Aquatic Facility Maintenance: Provide preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance of aquatic facilities and pool equipment.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Check fluids and maintain air pressure in tires, and clean vehicles, filters, and radiators.
  • Special Events Support: Provide support for special events by preparing, assembling, and tearing down temporary lighting, utilities, structures, and props.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on facilities, parks, amenities, complexes, shelters, and restrooms.
  • Construction Support: Provide skilled tasks in support of construction of new amenities and utilities in parks, including concrete work.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in general labor/maintenance work is required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Texas Class C driver's license is required. Depending on assigned division, job-specific certifications and licenses may be required.
