Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Universal Health Services, Inc. This role is responsible for assisting physicians with instrumentation during endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Operate and maintain endoscopic equipment, including video processors and recorders.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and procedure notes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest endoscopic techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in endoscopy or a related field.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
