Job Title: Senior TDL Systems Engineer

ECS Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior TDL Systems Engineer to join our team in Warner Robins, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems.

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will have a strong background in TDL systems, with experience in developing, testing, and integrating TDL systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of TDL systems to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop TDL systems, including Link 16, Link 22, and TTNT.
  • Develop and maintain software applications, including Fortran, C, C#, VHDL, and FPGA Development.
  • Test and integrate TDL systems, including operation and test of datalink systems/equipment/protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of TDL systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • US Citizenship required per contract.
  • BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience with TDL systems, including Link 16, Link 22, and TTNT.
  • Minimum 8 years software development experience in one or more of the following areas: Fortran, C, C#, VHDL, FPGA Development, Green Hills, VxWorks.
  • Proficient/familiar with various radios, including MIDS terminals, PRC-161, PRC-117F/G, PRC-152, PRC-163, PRC-160, SADL radios.
Desired Skills:
  • 5 Years' experience working on DoD programs is highly desired.
  • Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
  • Possess and applies expert knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of hardware Integration.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Electronic Warfare, Radar, Sensors and Fusion, Communications, Navigation, Identification, Tactical Data Links Networks, Information Assurance, Avionics OFPs, Support Equipment, or Simulation.
