Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified.
  • Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science Nutrition required.
  • Salary based on experience.
