Job Title: ITDSA Supervisor

Hurricane Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced ITDSA Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating movements in support of Installation deployment, redeployment, and mobilization operations on Fort Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate movement support requirements with all transportation nodes for Deployment and Redeployment.
  • Stay current on deployment regulations and policies.
  • Analyze trends and changes and report to Management.
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Conduct Safety and daily operation briefings to Soldiers and all ITDSA staff members.
Requirements:
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • CAC required.
  • Valid State and GSA Driver's License.
  • Associate Degree or 10 years of documented experience in the Transportation field at the Installation level.
  • 10 years of documented management experience at a Staff level.
  • Conversant with FORSCOM and DA deployment regulations, 49 CFR and DoD Regulation 4500.9-R.
  • Conversant with TC-AIMS, CMOS, FVUA, TAC, OEL, UDL, HAZMAT, DD 1149, RFID-Tags, MSLs, Solicitations for Commercial TSPs and CBLs.
  • Conversant of U.S. Army military vehicles, equipment and containers.
  • Conversant of military surface movements including but not limited to Rail, Highway, Convoy and Vessel.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and SharePoint.
  • Ability to resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers.
  • Conversant of policies, processes, and systems pertaining to Transportation Deployment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, perform with a high degree of accuracy and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at all levels.
  • An independent decision-maker when providing technical guidance and determining the order of operation during all missions.
Working Conditions:

The ITDSA Supervisor will work in conditions of inclement weather, extreme heat and cold, high/low humidity, blowing sand and dust, working in confined spaces and at heights while standing for long periods of time.

Able to move throughout assigned areas, as the work is performed primarily out-of-doors, year round on uneven ground with prolonged walking or standing, frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching on a daily basis.

The ability to read English language sufficiently to understand written work orders and instructions.
