TGA Premier Sports is dedicated to delivering exceptional youth tennis programs designed for elementary school students. Our initiatives include enrichment classes and camps that take place in various community settings, such as educational institutions, recreational parks, and tennis facilities.
Program Schedule: Our enrichment classes are typically scheduled during the school year from Monday to Thursday, primarily between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. During the summer, we offer programming seven days a week, with sessions ranging from one to seven hours, including limited hours on weekends.
Ideal Candidates: This role is well-suited for individuals seeking part-time employment, including retirees, high school and college students, stay-at-home parents, and educators. TGA employees may also have opportunities to engage in weekend events, clinics, camps, leagues, and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Availability for at least two weekdays and Saturday mornings.
- Possession of reliable transportation.
- Experience in child engagement is preferred.
- A strong passion for sports and physical activity.
- No prior instructional experience is necessary, as TGA provides comprehensive curriculum training.
Compensation:
Compensation for enrichment program roles begins at $36 per class for assistant coaches and $40 per class for head coaches. Hourly rates for additional programs and activities, including summer camps, leagues, and administrative tasks, start at $18 per hour.
