We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have:

• A culinary school degree or diploma
• Past experience as a working chef
• Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts
• Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control
• A portfolio of creative, unique dishes
• Expert multitasking ability
• Great leadership and interpersonal skills
• The ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply
• An exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment
• Passion and pride for delighting people with food

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all kitchen operations
• Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh
• Following recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
• Baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
• Presenting, garnishing, and arranging final dishes
• Occasionally serving food
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Handling and storing ingredients and food
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Executing opening and closing procedures
• Setting up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients
• Monitoring station inventory levels
• Accommodating guests' special requests
• Operating kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
