Overview:

Salary Range: $114,500 - $188,100 per year, including a competitive incentive program and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:
Nuclear Operations Lead will oversee Hope Creek or Salem Power Plant operations, directing reactor operators, nuclear equipment operators, and procedure use tagging evolutions. Key responsibilities include authorizing maintenance activities, implementing emergency procedures, evaluating issues, and overseeing special projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have four years of nuclear or commercial power plant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of qualifying for an SRO license to operate a Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) Plants. Prior supervisory experience is also required. You should meet and maintain nuclear unescorted site access and pass a First Line Supervisor's Test (FLST). Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, Navy Nuclear EWS, EOOW, PPS, RO Qualification, and 4 years of experience. The minimum years of experience required are 4 years.
