At Advanced Atomization Technologies LLC, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple internal engineering disciplines and ensuring that they meet and exceed customer expectations. This includes reviewing and approving engineering output, establishing and maintaining procedures, and prioritizing daily department activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least two years of related experience. Additionally, they should possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading technical work including preparation of design layouts, specifications, and engineering investigations
  • Prioritizing and directing daily department activities to ensure effective and efficient completion of department objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining procedures and documentation compliant with customer and regulatory agencies

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
