We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Premier Service Consultant to join our team at our Evansville, IN location. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that combines working in our call center with remote work from home. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize various systems and tools to initiate, assist, and service customers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Make recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Process purchases of all products and services, handle credit checks, service activations, and receivables management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, including voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements.
  • Provide support for products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and initial setup.
  • Identify, track, and trend issues to assist in root cause elimination.
  • Proactively engage T3 support to address and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Call center experience.
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations and engage with customers as dictated by needs of the business.
