Alliance Animal Health is a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to dogs, cats, and pocket pets in the Hudson, New Hampshire area.

We are seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of our hospital reception area, greeting and welcoming clients and patients, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and patients.
• Greet and welcome clients and patients, answering questions and triaging concerns in a compassionate and discreet manner.
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing clients to the appropriate staff member for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our clients.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

• 1+ year of experience in a veterinary setting, preferably as a receptionist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to continue advancing your knowledge and skillset.
