Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Gold Mountain Communications. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our teams and visitors.

• Perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks, including parking lot upkeep, microwaves, tables, and other areas.
• Assist with light maintenance work, such as repairing water fountains, plumbing fixtures, and electrical lighting.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and surrounding areas.
• Support with light labor activities, including moving furniture, heavy equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a neat and organized storage area for supplies and equipment, including keeping an accurate inventory.

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Windows, Office) and solid typing skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and have sufficient mobility to connect cables, which may require climbing ladders or working under desks.
• Visual acuity sufficient for installation and repairs of equipment.
