Job Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients by performing screenings, assessing patient condition, and designing therapy and treatment plans to help them develop necessary speech skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and care plans
Requirements
  • Effective clinical problem-solving skills, including identifying and prioritizing issues, developing sound action plans, and executing them in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
Qualifications
  • Rehab Optima experience preferred
  • SNF experience preferred
  • Possesses a Master Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Certification in accordance with the American Speech Language Hearing Association
