Bistro Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bistro Attendant to join our team at White Lodging. As a Bistro Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Take and enter guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Provide expert knowledge of menu items, specials, and prices, as well as preparation methods and ingredients to meet guests' dietary and allergy needs.
• Brew coffee and prepare specialty drinks according to our recipes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the disposal of garbage, picking up trays, and re-stocking dishes.
• Assist with the set-up, maintenance, and take-down of banquet areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
• Must pass certification quiz/test for position.
