Precision Metal Refinisher

We are seeking an experienced Precision Metal Refinisher to join our team at Recco Products in Wayland, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for removing burrs and imperfections from machined metal parts.

As a critical member of our manufacturing facility, you will work closely with our quality control team to ensure the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspection of metal parts for burrs, sharp edges, or other imperfections.
• Utilization of appropriate tooling and equipment based on materials and types of burrs present.
• Setup and tear-down of equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements.
• Performance of designated operations as per drawing/work order requirements.
• Maintenance of accurate records of deburring activities.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• American Citizenship.
• 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (glasses, contacts).
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and operate shop resources with arms and hands.
• Pass a 5-panel drug screen.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. You will also receive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting on day 91, Paid Vacation and Holidays, and Company Stock Purchase opportunities.
