Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. As a Physical Therapist at Drayer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
