Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the Pinellas Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Clearwater, Florida.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health services to our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based treatments and a passion for working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to patients with a range of mental health needs.
  • Conduct administrative consults for specialized social services as determined by the specific needs of the institution.
  • Participate in and conduct in-service programs, as well as assist in the orientation of new staff and provide necessary preparation of documentation, records, and reports.
  • Attend training and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician who can assess and make treatment decisions and provide Mental Health treatment including LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Ability to work weekends as part of a PRN schedule.
