Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Case Management: Oversee domestic and international permanent relocations, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with company policies and international regulations.
  • Program Management: Develop and implement global mobility programs, creating detailed playbooks, employee documentation, and process workflows to enhance program efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between employees, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and address needs promptly.
  • Project Management and Documentation: Manage regular project work, including assignee documentation, compliance reviews, relocation cost reports, and service initiations with external vendors.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies related to employee relocation and mobility, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on policy interpretation and application.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate policy exceptions, compliance risks, vendor performance issues, and employee concerns to the Global Mobility Program Manager, offering recommendations for resolution and improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of HR and global mobility trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with international laws and enhance the effectiveness of global mobility programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a multinational corporate environment, ideally in an in-house global mobility or HR role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with business-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with accounting, tax compliance, or relocation is preferred but not required.
