In this position, you will be accountable for maintaining operational excellence and ensuring cleanliness throughout the store. Your duties will include:

  • Upholding a safe and sanitary environment for both customers and associates by executing daily cleaning tasks.

  • Maintaining cleanliness in all store areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and waste disposal units, in accordance with company standards.

  • Engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Essential Functions

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Ability to perform the key responsibilities effectively.
  • Participation in comprehensive training programs related to chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
  • Regular and punctual attendance as required by the company.
  • Compliance with dress code and company policies.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math and reading skills, along with legible handwriting and basic computer proficiency.
Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours.
  • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and reaching.
  • Adapt to varying temperatures and conditions while executing job duties.
Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary, but preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
