Key Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Leaders to provide exceptional guest experiences. This includes taking orders, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Leadership and Team Management:

Effectively manage and lead a team of Shift Leaders, coaching and teaching them on policies and procedures to create a positive work environment. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, and open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder.

Guest Experience:

Serve guests by offering an immediate and respectful response to their needs, and maintain our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience. Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift.

Training and Development:

Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures, and create a positive work environment for everyone. This includes maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and opening and/or closing the restaurant as a key holder.
