The Grand Casino is seeking a skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our Beverage Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Mixing and serving beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in bartending or a related field.
  • Alcohol awareness training within two months of employment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
