Key Responsibilities:
- Assess assigned patients' medical history, admitting diagnosis, and physician's orders to determine their unique needs and develop individualized care plans
- Evaluate diagnostic data, interview patients and families, and perform physical assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize patient outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
- Prioritize nursing interventions for assigned patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal results

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current R.N. licensure in the state of South Carolina
- BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
