We are seeking a talented Veterinary Emergency Team Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our veterinary team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in veterinary medicine
Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in emergency veterinary medicine, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
